Preschoolers in black and white {atlanta artistic school portraits}

A couple of other school pictures, this time in black and white. My package sent back to the families includes both color and black and white prints of the two best poses of each child.

How good looking are these two siblings? One is my daughter's classmate, the other one my son's :)

Casting Call:

Beginning on Monday June 1st looking for newborns 10 days old or younger (ideally 4-6 days old); boys or girls; under 9 lbs
This will be a portfolio-building session, where I will focus on getting a few specific poses; if time allows, other poses might be taken. The session is free of charge. Prints can be purchased at 30% off.
Until I edit this post indicating otherwise, I am still open for applicants -- contact me soon. Expectant moms are welcome, it's the best time to secure a date for newborn photography. I am looking for due dates no later than July 1st.

Preschool kids {atlanta school photographer}

As you may know, a couple of times a year I offer child portraits to the students of a few private schools in the Atlanta area (if you'd like a similar style of images created at your child's school/preschool, let me know soon, I am taking only two additional schools for the upcoming school year).

A few overdue previews of the session I had with beautiful Kayley. She is an all-around amazing person and we had fun creating some beautiful imagery, on a day ending up with some severe storms (looming nearby in the picture with the train below).

I have to thank a wonderful family tradition for being the reason behind what is one of my favorite sessions ever. The home-made gorgeous gown you'll see below is something each girl in this family receives and is photographed in around this age. Lucky me to be the chosen documenter of this particular little girl's turn to wear hers!

You see, just as I was wondering if she can get any cuter (about 2 minutes into our shoot), she did. And then got cuter yet. And then also got super cool, and bright, and all things Lucy.
