I created this Photoshop action to postprocess some of my backlit images, when I want to remove some of the glare/fog and bring out the crisp "inner glow" of my models.

I love my job! I love photography. I love fresh, timeless people photography. Beauty all around me

Today I had the pleasure of photographing these fun, sweet and good-looking siblings and their parents.

I'll post a few more soon, for now, here are the children: 3 year old Chance, and 5 year old Cydney and Monday. (who, as Monday made sure I understood, are f r a t e r n a l twins). I had a blast guys, thanks for inviting me over to capture the beauty and love in your family!

This is super-handsome Sebastien, at 5 months old. What was to be a newborn session of him, turned into a very fun family photo shoot - more images of this beautiful bunch tomorrow. For now, a quick sneak peek of the happiest five-month old I know!

Thank you notes/party favors

Here is a grouping of the thank you cards my 2-year old will send to her party attendees. I love them, so am sharing them before we got the chance to mail them out (sometime next week).

If your child is featured and you see this before you receive the picture, thus I spoiled the surprise, email me before the picture comes in the mail, and as a reward for checking my blog I will send you two copies of the image of your child(ren) instead of one!

Tiled cover

I am very happy with how this brochure cover came out. The AMIS children decorated these gorgeous tiles for a wall outside the school. I photographed them, and rearranged them in a pleasing pattern, mixed in with some words I feel describe the Montessori philosophy as well as the school's specific approach. Isn't it such a colorful and insipiring collage?
